Submissions for 2024 close 31 August 2023.

Calling all artists and curators! The Association for Visual Arts is pleased to invite proposals for its 2024 exhibition programme. We are looking to support exhibitions that create new works, feature marginalised artistic practices, and confront social challenges. Proposals will be considered by a selection committee composed of AVA board members and invited panellists.

Early career artists and curators are strongly encouraged to apply. 

COSTS:
Front gallery: R4 000
Middle gallery: R1 500
Main gallery: R6 000
New Media room: R1 500
Mezzanine gallery: R3 500
